Nope, none of the retro pokemon are able to breed. Not even with black magic or through sacrifices to lord Riako. :b

No, there's still no use for them.

They can be in locations you haven't unlocked yet, yes. The only places they can't be in are premium exclusive pages.

My best advice is to go through the site systematically and take your time. Scroll to the end of every single page and open every link. Pay attention while you're at it, some of the links leading to further pages can be easy to miss and the eggs themselves could camouflage themselves if they're on top of art.

Best of luck with the hunt. :]

You had to find the staff members for Riako's birthday party for his birthday event back in 2017. (So not quite last year. Man, it's been a while...) I see they still show up looking for the party even when it's not arranged. :,D

I'm pretty sure it ends at the end of the 7th.

I don't want to outright spoil it, but it's quite simple. I don't think it matters if you tell the calibrations whether you can or can't smell the boxes. After that, make sure to try out weakening and strengthening the smell box extensively in order to find the perfect smell intensity for you. It's an important feature after all. ;]

The Bulletin Board tasks sometimes ask for berries or seeds that are minimum level x. Additionally, there's a reward for a max level berry unrelated to the Berrygarden itself, I'm including it in a spoiler:

One of the badges from set 4 is named "The Perfect Berry," one can make some very simple assumptions of how you can get it.

That's about it as far as I can think of at the moment.

You guys might wanna edit out the locations where you found eggs since that's against the rules of the event every year. Even though this is not the official event and just a mistake, it's best to not spoil potential egg locations as the issue has already been fixed anyway.

I guess there's not much more use to unowns than any other pokemon. They're just there for you to collect for your dex.

Though there is a quest in the Ancient Cave to collect all unown eggdex and pokedex entries, which gives you a reward. Though the reward may not be exciting to you if you don't care about unowns. I'm not sure about the policy of spoiling this reward so I'll put it in a spoiler:

You get a discount on unown eggs at the Gem Collector if I remember correctly. Which is not useful for normal dex completion at that point since you need all the eggdex entries before getting the discount. So it's pretty much just a nice boon if you're planning on shiny hunting unowns.

I don't think this is a level lock situation. You unlock the Berrygarden at level 8 and it'd make no sense keeping the item and berry bags locked past level 30.

Were you able to see the item and berry bags before the new update? Could this be a bug?

Ah, yeah, in that case I was way off the mark with the dex entry critique. You've got a pretty strong concept for the game and its versions and having the dex entries show their differences compliments the storytelling well. I was too much of a shortsighted fool to see it from the one example set of dex entries. :,v

You're clearly putting a lot of effort into building this game and I commend you for that. Best of luck with it going forward.

I'm not sure if you mean the fangame is yours or if this spin on a variant sawk alone is yours, but I'll be talking about this design as a whole in comparison to the regular sawk. My apologies if I've critically misunderstood anything. :,D

The idea of the belts is definitely neat and I really like how the variant is a different height. It gives the sawk's silhouette a subtle change so there's a distinguishable difference but it's still very much identifiable as a sawk. Very cool and clever.

For the criticism of the design, I mostly just have gripes with the colors. Which is understandable since colors are a pain in the butt. :,D

About the colors of the sawk:
I think design-wise, the color palette is too dark. Since you made the clothes black and darkened the color of the sawk itself, it all kind of just blends together as a dark blob, which is particularly apparent with the brighter belt colors. You can see what I mean in the collage of small sawks with all the belt colors pretty clearly. Especially with the bright colored ones, your eye really focuses on the belt and it's kinda hard to see what's going on with the pokemon itself since the sawk and its clothes are both so dark.

So, if you want to keep the black clothes, what I'd do is keep the original sawk color. Or make a lighter version or a bit of a different tint of blue if you want to distinguish your version from the original more.

(Also, it took me quite a while to notice the details in the clothes because the color is so close to the rest of the clothes. So with that, you could lighten them as well and ideally follow the original sawk model and make the clothes details all the same color. As it is, there's a lot of different colors on the clothes and making them more visible would make the color palette very busy, especially since the belts already add more color. "Less is more" does have merit. :b)

The belts and their colors:
I'd also adjust the colors of the brighter belt colors a bit. (The yellow and green in particular, and perhaps white as well.) Just tone the brightness down a notch so they don't demand the viewer's attention so aggressively. The eyes seem to be what you want to emphasize, so the belts should not exceed the green of the eyes in brightness.

Final notes about colors:
That may or may not be frustrating advice for you since, from looking at the dex entries, you seem to be going for some kind of evil night-lurker vampire vibes. So, a very overall dark palette makes sense thematically, but it's not good design-wise. It's why vampires are so often depicted as very pale and add red accents to the otherwise black attire, it makes the design clearer and directs the eye. For example, the attention-grabby color of the classic red collar like this focuses the viewer's gaze on the head/face. (Which brings me back to the belts. Since the belt is bigger than the eyes, the belt is going to steal the attention if they're the same brightness.)

Some thoughts about the dex entries:
Finally, the Spectral Midnight dex entry is a bit... melodramatic I'd say, and breaks the dex formula a bit by speaking directly to the reader. So I think it'd be better to suggest the terror of the sawk variant more subtly, rather than telling the reader how to feel. For example, perhaps something along these lines:

Quote from Spectral MidnightLocal legend says green eyed sawk prowl the woods at night and it's advised that travelers keep their distance. Those who do not heed the warning and venture out in the forest at night are often not heard from again.

Or
Quote from Spectral MidnightThere has been a handful of accounts of people lost in the woods spotting a sawk with bright green eyes observing them from the foliage. The survivors attribute their survival to their steely resolve and quick retreat.

Finally:
I'm sorry if I dumped too much on you with that wall of text, but don't get discouraged by the length of my criticism. You've got a pretty neat idea on your hands and it just needs a bit more refinement in my humble opinion. :]

Colors can be notoriously difficult to nail down, but hopefully my ramblings gave you same direction on how to fine-tune your design.

And, of course, if you disagree with me, you're obviously free to disregard anything I said. After all, I'm no expert at character design and I'm not privy to all your intents with the design so my advice might not mesh with your vision at all. At the end of the day, it's your sawk so do what you find most cool or fun. :b

I noticed this happening to me yesterday as well when I misclicked on the palpad while trying to go to the Notifications and I had a message from two days earlier. As I exchanged a couple of messages with that person, the palpad in the userbar never lit up to notify me of new messages.

For me, the 'glitching' only affects the first four people in the list.

Quote from SparksWell, I came with this idea as some Retro(s) like Retro Charizard, Blastoise, Venusaur, Meganium, Typhlosion, Feraligatr, Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno, etc. which were available earlier in Retro Radar, are not available now and there is a serious need for them that you can see by their demands.

Agreed. The Retro Radar retros should be made available somehow. It's been quite a while since they were obtainable and it's a bummer for there to be pokemon that users who joined after they were first released can't get with their with their own OT. I'm not sure if a shop is the most fun or interesting way to make them available again but it'd be better than nothing.

Quote from SparksAlso including Girafarig and Marill which were obtained in event battles.
This applies to Retro Haunter & Gengar also, because there are very low chances that they will be available again in the next Halloween Event.

This, I disagree with. The retro girafarif and marill do have their own way of being obtainable. It's not often, but the Berry Battles are recurring events and there's no reason to make those events less relevant or near obsolete by making the prizes easily available throughout the year.

Same goes for the haunter and gengar. As much as the evil RNG of the retro gengar has irked me, I'd say it's pretty clear now that they have a thematically appropriate home in the Halloween event.

So, in conclusion, I think I have to vote no support as long as the Berry Battle and Halloween retros are included in the suggestion.

Aside from the shiny hunting dilemma, this just wouldn't be fair due to time zones. The people who are asleep at reset would just never get into the top 10. To try to even that out, I suppose the scavenger hunt could start at a different time every week. However, that might get confusing with less people participating because they're not aware of the starting time or don't remember when it is that week.

I don't think this is a terrible idea, but it's not a particularly amazing and game changing idea either. Hatching a specific egg weekly for some rewards isn't a huge thing and the logistical issues with shiny hunting and time zones make it not worth it in my opinion.

Quote from James125Pokeheroes has a great battling AI, considering how many people fail legendary rumbling missions.

I wouldn't agree with this. PH's battling system is pretty bare bones and not particularly interesting. There's not much you can do as far as customizing your pokemon's abilities and capabilities go and it's pretty much just type advantage shuffle. (And I don't know how people failing legendary rumble missions is proof of the greatness of the battling mechanic, but that's beside the point.)

I think that lacking battling system is why not many users are engaging in battling as it is now.

I wouldn't be against the idea of a Battle Tower and it does sound like something that could be fun if PH's battling system was better. But it is what it is. For PH to dedicate more focus on battling with things like a Battle Tower, the mechanics should be improved first so people would actually engage with new battling features. However, improving the battling mechanics and then developing a Battle Tower and/or other battling features would probably require quite a bit of time and effort. Since PH was made to be an adoptable website and battling was never meant to be a significant feature (as far as I'm aware), I'm not sure Riako would deem it worth it to dedicate significant resources into battling instead of other areas of the site.

I'm not sure what you mean exactly. Are you talking about signatures on forum posts and profile pages? And by "those little mons" do you mean these?:

If that is the case, signatures and profile pages can be indeed edited in the Settings. Profile Layout is where you can add and edit custom panels to your profile page and Edit Signature lets you edit your post signature (the thing that appears below each of your forum posts, my silly video game reference for example).

If you want to add those training links like the one I showed above, you should head on over to Share Widgets in the Community tab. There, you can select which pokemon you want to place on your profile or signature. Just copy the BB-Code provided and paste it into your desired place.

(Additionally, if you want to add extra bling to your profile or signature, like changing the size or color of your text, the BBCode Guide is your friend.)
