In real life, there's a restaurant called the Chuck E' Cheese, has an incident similar to Freddy Fasbear's Pizza. 5 people worked there in the night shift (?). But there's 1 more, a former cook named Nathan Dunlap, who was fired due to his disagreement over his working hours, desiring to revenge by shutting the restaurant down. 4 people where murdered by him, 1 miraculously survived the gun shot through his jaw, plays dead so the murderer don't come back to kill. The person who survived the attack was Bobby Steven, who was inside the kitchen at the moment. Now that you think about it, the camera of the kitchen of Freddy Fasbear's Pizza is always black, coincidence?
There are 5 children missing in-game, parallel to 5 people in RL story. The mourning sounds that the animatronics makes is maybe the children struggling to live after being stuffed into the suits. The voices are similar to adults voices.
Also, the animatronics has similarity to the RL story people with their behavior in game.
And, know about the pink slip on the 7th night? Yes, the reason you were fired is maybe a parallel to the RL story.
