AH has completely independent prices. The hoard-sell prices are a tenth of the marketplace prices, which is the NPC store, with fixed prices that never change. AH is entirely user-based and as such, the prices are whatever the players make them be.

You can't buy trinkets (materials/other) from marketplace. You can only buy them from the other users in the AH. As such, you have to check every item's individual pricing, if you do want to sell them for potentially more than the hoard-sell price.

Yesterday, I hatched a nest of tundras. They were supposed to be fodder, but they turned out kind of cute, so I am gonna give them a chance.

Female.
Storm/Eggplant/Maize

Male.
Amethyst/Fog/Pink

I'll part with them for 4k each. I'd rather they were not exalted right away (otherwise I would exalt them myself, for the glory of Noodledad).
Both sold.

Same deal with these three adult Noodles: they are kinda cute. I'll part with them for 9k each, as long as they are not immediately exalted.

	Thanks everyone for trying to salvage my dragon, haha. I will keep him like this (he was wearing a skin anyway, so the hideousness won't show), maybe some of the future genes will work better for him. ;v; I myself decided that this doesn't look too bad, even though the eyes clash even more than the eyeburning purple and the brown. After much deliberation, I decided to scatterscroll my male progen today.

He used to have... an awkward, but mostly neutral color combination of Silver / Steel / Soil.

I went to look at him. On the lair page, I was horrified. Just look at this monstrosity.

And then you hear the sound of a heart breaking, as I realize he's a hideous XYY.

Why, RNG. Why.

Nah, they keep employing new artists every now and again... sure, they mostly deal with familiars and items, but I imagine they also put work into new genes.

It's not like there was no difference between Iri/Shim coloring in the first place, anyway.

Have you ever compared what a female PC, and what a male PC of the same color looked like? HUGE difference. D: Especially visible on dark colors like Midnight or Shadow.

	@Kurumi I think it's an issue with opacity (and perhaps only visible in the scry workshop?). Because you can clearly see the highlights going over the lineart on Pearlcatchers with Iri/Shim with the new colors. And as was mentioned by FR team, Iri/Shim are the only genes still done by hand - might have easily been human error. [Read more]

Dragons on pages 7 and 8 are for sale / adoption!

I am mostly looking for treasure and gems. Not interested in PH stuff at this time.

A few of them are leveled.

• Barkskin is level 25, statted, stoned. 330k treasure. +20k if you want her tinctured. +30k if you want her to have Rally (62.5k treasure at the AH).
• HasEliminate comes with a renaming scroll and a headshot drawing. I can level him to 19.99 or 25 as an option.
• Sedna comes with a piece of lore and a bust drawing. Level 14 (can level her to 19.99 as an option).
• Rogue is currently level 18. I can level him to 19.99 or 25 as an option. He'll come with a gijinka headshot sketch (not on his profile atm).
• Greyscale Imp and Skydancer are leapday dergins.

	I sometimes exalt pretty dragons too, but for the most part, the ones I find "pretty" are stuck in the back of my lair... I have like... two pages of gen1s to be gened up, and then, behind them, almost three pages of Dragons I Don't Want To Keep But Feel Bad About Exalting Them. It's a pain in the neck. [Read more]

Okay... I really dislike the "inbreeding prevention system" on FR and how buggy it is.

So, over a month ago I bought this cutie Coatl girl as a mate for my Coatl butterfly grandpa.

Before purchasing her, I put them both in the "assay bloodlines" thing, exactly to avoid what turns out is happening anyway:

In the scrying shop, a month ago, it said that their bloodlines were far enough removed from each other, and would be fine to breed.

Today, it doesn't let me breed them and the scrying shop says, paraphrasing, "sry sucka, I was just kidding, they share a great-great-great-grandmother [trollface]".

UGH.

I'm glad I at least didn't begin regeneing her yet, that would have been a waste.

	I got a similar dragon recently (well, only similar in that he is a SD and has thylacine). Originally as fodder, now I am not sure if I want to exalt him, because pretty... Except I'd give mine Giraffe - which gives him a dark belly. <3 [Read more]
