I got a buncha' new characters these past months.
I mostly bought them because man I love the designs- but I bought too much and is probably poor as heck now
But hey, one of them is going to be my sona, here they are

Like Mewtwo, it will have to be bred to get a mega-able [Obviously]
Mega-ables have a low chance of hatching from eggs and the only legendaries that are breedable are the ones which requires to be bred with a Ditto to get their specific entries [Such as Manaphy in the Game Center]
What happen when you do not research your materials kids

If you wish to change this suggestion for an event Diancie legendary, then write up something about it, such at story, designs, etc. You do not just suggest 'Hey! Add an event Diancie!' you need to add a clear description and story about it.[ While that might actually be more suitable to be PMed to a sprite artist for spoiler purposes ] All event legendaries so far are based off events, but they have atleast a slight 'resemblance' to it, expect maybe Seatran which was just an event redistribution.

Even if you remove a few task or part of the suggestion, my point still stands; Diancie is the perfect pokemon for a Pokèdex Completion reward. If I understand correctly, he is suggesting that PD should come with premiums and the ability to buy pokedollars via 'real life' money.

As for the suggestion, well, I'm siding with Malkings on this one;
You can earn PD quite easily by yourself or sell nuggets for PD.
There's no need to add any of the feature you're suggesting, it's simplifies an existing feature in an unnecessary way- you can earn quite a fortune by selling nuggets and PD is rather easy to be earned by yourself once you get the hang of the game.
