You can use gems to buy eggs from the Gem Collector/Greg.

The items are used to complete the task in the Bulletin Board

It's pretty easy to be confused with the mechanics and understanding of PH. Gems in the game is used to boost the type of the pokemon but here we use it to get eggs. Gems are used for other things also, such as Electric Gems for PokèRadar batteries and to gain Dream Points in the Dream World Shop.

It depends on what do you mean by finding a shiny pokémon though. We can encounter shinies in Safari Zone and the Honey Tree. Safari Zone works the same as the PokéRadar, but no shiny charm or premium benefits there. The Honey Tree has the highest chances to encounter a shiny at, but not one really knows the statistic.

I don't interact much but I do found the DH interaction to be faster. Maybe it could be interferfaced like unreturned favors and maybe a whole page with the train widget? No need for new fancy coding.

As for your suggestion however;
As someone who participates in the Most Berry Fed Medal Rally from time to time, instead of a small button that shows the image of the berry (and the numbers, if possible) maybe a switch-button? Train becomes Feed a Berry, and for eggs it just stays.

Not disappointed at all because I don't want to be addicted to another adoptable game.

It's April Fools anyway, if the game isn't confirmed to stay or a real april fool prank is present I will always have my doubts.
So maybe you could've convinced some more users if you were to do two separate pranks like last year? But then again people would riot more I guess.

	Like what CloudStrife says, you can always buy nuggets and then sell them for PD, so there isn't exactly any use for it. Plus, if you were to sell nuggets it would help those who can't buy them- so to implement changing nuggets to pokèdollars would bring a huge downfall to the economy, as people will probably try to offer a lot more PD for each nuggets. To those that complain they will quit for a day/be sad/angry,etc if the website is just an April Fool thing:

This is what April Fools is about; spreading 'hoaxes' or playing practical pranks, no matter the consequences; so watch your back on the first of April. Even if this isn't an April Fool, just remember there's no need to be so gloom about it, after all, if Riako focuses on another site, PokèHeroes' development might slow down, would you like that to happen? But then again I don't know things and it's really up to Riako.

You might want to read the Suggestion Guide before making a suggestion, it might help.

Now, as for the actual suggestion;
We don't need it. We already have everything we need and by implementing this you are just making Userprofiles useless, since we already have everything we need there. There are a lot of downsides with this suggestion, and it doesn't only represents an already existing feature, but it also has more downsides aswell.

Chest and case : One word. Beggars. Any kind of feature that shows what an user have can only lead to people begging for the items, persistently asking for it or offering for it. For example, I hoard Poison Gems and have over 5000+ of it, someone who's also collecting it -for shiny hunts- checked my items and then started harassing me about it, and that gets old real fast. Why do you need to check a person's items anyway? To check if they have an item they are selling? Use the TTT when in doubts for trading, saves the begging part.

Wardrobe : What clothes, exactly? The one of the Beauty Contest? And why would this be needed? I don't see any kind of pros with it and it just have no uses.

Garden : … This is the daycare alright …but you get to see others'? More begging chances, people would ask for the pokemon being bred, and it's really a huge bother.
