Pokémon caught and adopted from the Safari Zone won’t break your chain as they come pre-hatched and not as eggs (ie. only eggs ever have a chance at breaking your chain once they hatch). The chain breakers you’re referencing are the legends Landorus, Thundurus, and Tornadus (which will only appear if you have a Hard, Light, or Cold Rock in your possession, respectively). The three have a random chance of appearing in the Safari, and once caught/adopted, you’re given their eggs, not the Pokémon themselves. You can chain them in that way, which is why they’d break your normal chain. Actual safari chains are totally unrelated — more on that on the wiki. :-)

	are you browsing on mobile by any chance? the search bar function does exist vvv though it’s only visible if you’re on the full site so i don’t see it most of the time anyway. would love it if it were available on mobile, but for now what i do to search for whatever it is is through google and tacking “pokeheroes” at the end. not guaranteed but it’s usually enough. :-) [Read more]

Hiya! Egg production depends on your Pokémon’s compatibility with each other, their rarity (i.e Combee is a Special rarity so eggs will take longer to appear), your breeding chances (+flutes/+fountain/etc), as well as the amount of PD you’ve deposited in the Daycare (any less than 1,000 and your Pokémon won’t be making any eggs). Eggs can take minutes or hours, it’s totally random, but increasing that which I’ve mentioned above should help it happen faster :)
