Powers: She can talk with corgis. That's it. Just corgis. However, those corgis can talk to other dogs or if they can understand other animals, they can translate what is said to her. She is rather clever and has a ton of clever corgis to help her come up with her schemes.

Appearance: Octavia is a fashionable woman, using whatever bath in pieces she can find to make her outfits. The only constant to her ensembles is a tan fedora with a band of color she swaps to match the kid it she is wearing, and a matching tan trench coat. Her natural hair color is blonde and kept cut short with dye along the right side in a rainbow of color. A straight line, not the normal arch of a rainbow though. However, she may wear a wig if the mood strikes. Her eyes are a startling liquid gold. At least two corgis follow her everywhere.

History: Octavia never met her biological parents. They had given her up at birth. After bouncing around a few foster programs, the young woman had had enough and ran off. She forged her own future, finishing high school before entering veterinary school. She had always had the uncanny ability to talk to cogis. Anyone watching her, however, just assumed she was great with animals. Five years into her career, Octavia had had it negligent owners and abusive people. So she quite her practice and bought a warehouse for her beloved babies. She went outside the law, robbing currupt banks, taking down and burning places that used animal testing, and raiding puppy mills. She has morals, despite her disdain for the law. She does not steal from good people and she does not steal from pet places. The money she takes is used to maintain the hundreds of animals she cares for in her hidden warehouse, then basic needs for herself, before being anonymously donated to orginazations aimed at helping pets or children in need. She does what she wants because she wants to and cares little about what people think of her, she is who she is and gets all the love she needs from her furbabies, thank you very much. Her end goal would be to see everyone in the world changed into animal loving humans, who spend their time pampering animals. Would that be so bad? No. But she doesn't care if she is taking away free will to accomplish that goal. And there in lies the difference between her and a hero.
