When I was new to roleplaying, I'm not exactly literate nor am I good to english, in general, and that was literally 3 years ago. But now, thanks to dedication I'm a- well, a bit good, there's always room for improvements. So from a simple post like this (copy-pasted in its purest form, no edits. it was from 2 years ago) I cringed at Burger King I improved now, I guess, but hey, that's the thing; learn and improve, don't stick to something or to one style, experiment a little bit and you might like it. Don't judge but not let others learns, judge and give advice om how they can improve, or let them learn from what you post, try to set up a good example and help them. Back to topic. The thing is that one liners breaks the rp- or atleast semi-literate or literate rps. If someone were to type this; I'm so sorry You don't actually have anything to write about. Of course, some rpers are creative and will try to expand their post, putting in as much details as possible.  Show

Jack set down his bag on the stone
bench, taking off his denim jacket as he prepares to jog. Jack is
in the soccer team, so he had to work on his poor excuse of a
stamina or he might aswell sit on the bench for the whole game and
be a decoration. He likes to take a walk(run? stroll?) around the
park anyway.
Jack had only jogged around the park for thirty seconds, but you can hear his heavy breathing between each steps. While he is a good athlete at almost everything, his stamina never matches his skills. He can sprint, but that's it. He can throw some hard punches, but it won't take long til he worn out of it. Speed, skill and stamina all matters, but Jack clearly lacked stamina, being spoiled ever since he was a child and only got to sports activity this year. Taking deep breaths as he endured the pain in his leg, he caught the sight of a familar face, a face belonging to a childhood friend of his. He jogged over to Mary with what little energy he had left. "Hey. Wasn't expecting to see you here." The brunette male says in a cheerful voice, glad to see a familiar face at the park in the morning. Jack doesn't have any sort of friendly acquaintance, so those that he can call friends are very close to him and means a lot to him. If you can think of 4 sentences to reply to that one line (not counting looking around and writing about something else), you are amazing. When a literate/semi-literate rp is joined by a one liner or vice versa, it can be rather tiring, really, or make someone uncomfortable. So literate rpers usually try to make at least 2 sentences so the inexperienced rper could try to reply to that, but still learn. The rps here are also getting bland- something you can't really have fun with when you're literate. Unless of course you like the concept and can think of ideas for your post. Bland rps with simple plot aren't interesting for me, but I don't just those who does like it- I just won't join the simple ones or give a glance, since it isn't exactly my business (unless it's breaking the rules). But really, rping is about having fun, learn as you do it and it's all fine. Always improve, always learn and never just stick to one thing, even if you are comfortable by it. …You don't need a 'note' to be invited. After getting 200 points on the 2016 birthday minigame, you are automically invited. This is what [some of] the text to the left of the Ducklett with a cake should be. @StormKat + @poekiajam If you already got an invitation, the game will continue on forever- that might be the reason you are stuck. If you've gotten 200 points and haven't got the message above, clear your caches, perharps?
