You ARE NOT affected if you want to go for your OT. The source, wether its stated or not, is still the same. We just got more information now, which is actually nice, so we can see e.g. who is releasing eggs to the tall grass :) I dont see the point about complaining about this like "It makes OT-Dexes harder" ehm...nope...if you keep it the same as before its still the same. --> If your poke was released to tall grass by another user before, thats the case wether or not its also shown on the profile of the poke. Its actually more like a "bonus" --> you can go for an even harder goal, if you want to, but dont have to. I have no problem with the option to "turn it off" or relocate it, if you dont want to see the truth. BUT: Technically it was the same before, the change was just that we can see it now.
