I.. hate to be the one to point these details out but:

The reason this rule exists is because of the few times someone would put "whoever" and us in the mods chat didn't really know.. who should be the one to actually work on making it.

Also "Rarity Increase" [the premade ones you have] is a potion used for dancing, to increase odds of rarer traits being passed down to the child[ren]. The potion to change rarity of traits [to then shuffle them] would be the "[x] rarity change" potion [in this case: Rare rarity change]
Also butterfly [singular] friends can't be shuffled to wisps because wisps are an object friend and butterflies are classified as a bug friend, and this is back to "cutting down the amount of shuffles needed to get a desired result".
~~Also "Playful" isn't a typical personality trait that adult/non-frost rans have an expression for, so would probably just be given the happy personality and it be called playful.~~
