It's 2087, and the world is in shambles. Nuclear war has turned it into a bleak, gray, game of death. You can shake your fists at the graves of the leaders who condemned us all, but they were prepared for the consequences. They knew this would happen. And still, they went forwards with the plans. The plans that would lead to everything's destruction.

This, is true survival. Not as you know it in games, in books, in movies. This, is real. Real desperation. Real fights. Real death. It's time to wake up from the fantasy you grew up in. Time to face the cruel world of reality. You can say goodbye to warmth and comfort and protection, they're gone. Forever.

Survival is key. And any means to acheive it is legal. Laws don't exist, and even if they did, they would be nothing but empty worlds. But there are a few mutual agreements which you must respect, should you wish to ensure your relative safety.

2. Mild swearing is allowed, please try to censor it.
3. Sorry, but no special powers this time. Certain talents are allowed, such as inhuman calculation skills or learning abilities, but still within the realm of possibility.
4. 5 character max per person, unlimited supporting characters. (Supporting characters are basically NCPs controlled by you, without thought processes or emotional description, simply characters that have to exist to move the plot along.) Supporting characters must be signed-up as well.
5. Romance is... Allowed. But not the main focus. This is survival people, no time for other endevours. Looking at a certain pair...
6. Password is hidden somewhere, it will change, so if you are a returning member, you will still need to search for it.

Name: Athena Luminia Lediana

Appearance: Pale blonde hair and picture perfect features, there is not a single speck of dust on whatever glamorous outfit she is wearing. She is always looking like she's about to go to a gala. Or should I say... Was.
Personality: Innocent and carefree, some might go the extra length and say naive. She's always looking on the bright side, and believes that everyone is good, trying to help and cheer everyone up, a small bundle of sunshine and rainbows.
Talent(s): Amazing at all things logic, and having an impeccable sense of direction and a great memory.
Backstory: Growing up in a bubble, Athena's view of the world was very different from everyone else's. Her family was rich, and actively participated in the development of nuclear weapons. Her parents, wanting to protect her from the cruelty of reality, didn't tell her about the tension and eventual war, held interviews in a secret part of the house, and forbid any way of her finding out the truth.
But reality will always find a way to push in, no matter how tighter you draw your walls.

Pale blonde hair, she normally wears it down, and it miraculously manages to stay out of the way in battle. Her eyes are a pale frost blue, with hints of white and silver. Normally wearing a dress that matches her eye color, she can be seen wearing tighter fitting clothing in battle. A sword with an ornately decorated handle, again, of her eye color with swirling patterns is always hanging at her side.

Friendly and outgoing, she is very likable and quick to make friends. She is great at rallying people with her energetic personality, but also able to fit in with pretty much everyone. There are rumors that she'd a prankster, but no proof has ever been found. Though all accusations are made light-heartedly.
She is intelligent and witty, able to talk her way out of situations and quickly devise effective plans.
Apt in battle, she has proved herself many times over, her battle style normally using speed and wit to defeat her opponents.
She is a rising star, in a manner of speaking, young, ambitious, and popular.

Telepathy
The power allows her to read the minds of those around her, and affect their minds in certain ways, such as erasing memories, messing with thoughts, and whatnot. In some cases, death is a viable option, though she has never reportedly used her telepathy to kill anyone, and claims that part of her power is carefully controlled and will not be used.
She has trained herself to deduct her opponents next moves based on their thought trails, and therefore intercept or dodge attacks, as well as plan attack strategies.
However, telepathy requires mental energy, of which she has a large but still limited reserve. Should her mental energy levels decline too much, fainting and nausea are common.
