I don't think this is necessary. Not many people can boil as it is, especially with the cauldron being buggy for a lot of users. Adding more rare stuff would be a bad idea, and this is coming from someone who can boil.
Also, from the looks of it, the cauldron does stones and nuggets, so that rules out a lot. Big nuggets would definitely unbalance things. Enigma Stones are already pretty cheap, we don't need more ways to get them. Star Pieces may also be arguable, but I don't think it's necessary to include them either. However, if we were to include star Pieces and Enigma Stones, they'd prolly be made rarer than Mega Stones. So you'd still get evolutionary stones most of the time anyway. As for the red, green, blue orbs, I'm sure Riako is planning a way to get them (possibly in the Spring Update, or so I'm hoping).
How would boiling gems result in things like Pokemon, vouchers, maps, and honey anyway?

Edit: Oh and in addition, the amount of dragon gems available vs. the amount of people going after them is already on a horrible ratio with so few dragon gems for trade. I don't wanna see that worse.

	If I remember correctly, this was rejected before because GGC are already easy enough to obtain. The clicklists are fast and easy to use, so it's not difficult to accumulate a large amount of GGC. [Read more]
