I take anywhere above 70k for the fully rendered/shaded bust ones (depends on complexity, not sure what character you'll want from me). That said, I did check the characters, and I must say I'm not going be able to do the Floyds.

Too many parents want to know what their kids are thinking and feeling only to make the child vulnerable to their control, abuse, and manipulation. Parents who only want to know so they can force upon their children their own agendas, beliefs, and plans for the child.

A note regarding the random generation of gems from the Dream World Shop, 1 July 2020

Data collected on 1 July 2020, recording consecutively the sending and gem attainment from two types of plushies: 11 Mega Charizard Y (220 gems) and 2 Shiny Magikarp (200 gems) for a total of 440 gems. The numbers are expected to be rounded off because of the terrible sample size, but I don't think I can copy paste any more gems or GDOCS will break.

Some quick observations:
- dragon gems have a very high rarity, while fairy and bug gems at a quick glance do not.
- that said, with over 3k DP wasted, I did gain 20 dragon gems so...
