I was playing Undertale and Skyping and I just beat Omega Flowey with only one death! : DD

It does, it just takes many, many deaths to get it pretty low. You also have to use the talk option in the Tem shop to talk to Temmie about a scholarship before it'll start dropping. I forget what exactly the option said but I think it said something like "About Temmie armor". It took me a while to figure out a first ^^'

I loved the part where Papyrus just leaves you with Undyne to become friends. She tries so hard to force herself to like you after being challenged by Papyrus to be friends. Here's how it pretty much went down: Papyrus leaves you both alone in Undyne's house, near death experience, Papyrus intervention, near death experience, broken table, option for flirting, still trying to pick a drink, tea is the only option, doing Papyrus's cooking lessons for him since he left, smash vegetables, burn pasta, burn the house down, near death experience, friendship. 10/10 would play that one part again X33

Paying for Temmie's college leads to the option to buy Temmie armor in the shop which is very good and makes the game easier. It starts at a cost of 3000g but goes down depending on how many times you've died. I got it and I still can't believe I spent that much money on it.
