Volara High School is a famous, world class private school in the Kalos Region for Gijinkas. Only those invited by the school's prestigious board of directors may apply to join the school. All students live within the dormitories on campus. They are also provided with some of the highest quality education possible.

Draco grew up pretty rich and was often very spoiled. Surprisingly though, he didn't want all of that. He didn't want to be showered in money and gifts. So, he saved up his money from working a job and moved into a small apartment near Volara.

Draco is generally a kind and friendly person who isn't hard to approach. He acts like a young, carefree, and somewhat childish/immature individual most of the time. He, however; does have his serious and mature moments. Draco is very honest and blunt when it comes to most things. He isn't afraid to insult you. History (Optional):
Draco grew up very well off. His family (Mother, father, and older sister) was very rich and successful. Despite being very privileged and spoiled, there were two things his family never let him near: Magic and Pokemon. For whatever reason, they would never let him go anywhere near these two things and if Draco ever brought it up, he was spanked.

Fortunately though, at school he made a friend whom he eventually grew very close to. Draco would often go to there house and play at their ranch. There he learned about the wonders of Pokemon and Magic. When Draco had to move away, his friend gave him a gift: a Pokemon egg. Inside was a shiny Charmander and together Draco and it fought through their struggles in life and eventually got accepted into Saint Arceus Academy.

Draco is able to manipulate and move objects at the will of his mind, however; this puts great mental stress on him depending on the situation. At his current level, he can only move small objects and manipulate them to a very small extent.
