The Discord™ and I have made this forum as a sort of substitute chat room for no other reason than entertainment-- and anyone is welcome to join in! All kidding aside, I would love this. I might not use it myself, but "Bee", "Iri", "Eek", or "Boo" and other cute three-letter usernames sound amazing-- and I don't see why not, you know? Or funny ones, like "pog" or something, not that it's that funny, but you get the idea. It just seems like it wouldn't hurt!

...Maybe Hamie could finally upgrade to Ham :p Or Gogpowow to Gog :^]

Hmm hmm, I can't say I quite follow, but seeing how proactive and comprehensive this conversation has been, I'm not going to continue. I don't understand the logic there, but if I did something wrong, I didn't mean it, and I'll own that. I didn't post a submission, and I wasn't trying to qualify. It wasn't clear that I wasn't allowed to, so I don't believe I committed any sort of harm(perhaps crime is a better word, forgive me) against the PH art community.

....Forced onto them? I definitely don't understand this part. I didn't force anything onto them-- if anything I was sad that I couldn't submit my piece, but it wasn't like I was maliciously trying to force people to do anything somehow.

I suppose what I don't get is why that's a bad thing-- If it's not copying, it's not wrong to take inspiration from someone else's design.

I did have that post written out too, a PM could have been better so I could have copied and pasted it into a google doc to wait before you took it down-- That way I could have reposted it when the contest was over.

Influence others? I mean, I suppose if they decide to copy the design, it's not the nicest thing to do (art theft and all) but I doubt anyone will since it's pretty frowned upon in the art community and if that does happen I don't think people will endorse it openly
