“Ooh. Pretty name. Nice to meet you, Nightrekra, my name’s Wei En. Cool talent, I’m the Ultimate Hacker.” She gives Bubbles a push, and the robot rolls through the air to hover beside Nightrekra. “This is Bubbles. My personal memory storage and handyman, helper and bossyboots. Didn’t used to have friends, so I made on of my own! Now Bubbles is my forever companion, least till I update her system.”

Lilith had matured over the years. The battle has toughened her, causing her to grow up quicker than she was supposed to. She had watched Iteral and Lean, Adrik, Kendo and many others fight to overcome the obstacles, to claim back what was theirs. And they had. They had saved the Saint Deity. They had restored the castle. Happily ever after. Right? Yeah, like hell you were right. Macedon had been changed, forever. And it was all Isla’s fault. But what could she say? Once a Legion member, always a Legion member. This who predicament they were in? All Isla’s fault. The once kind, lovable Saint Deity turned into nothing more than a heartless queen. She hated all the Legion members. If none of that shit had happened, then perhaps things would have turned out different. She wished Lean was here. Lean would understand how she felt. But for now? She took off, flying through the sky, savoring her freedom as nothing more than an insignificant bird soaring through the sky.

Reilin smiles. “With luck, I’ll be the last one dead. Maybe even the first one, who knows?” She followed behind Shizuka, humming quietly, partially lost in the maze of her own mind, probably correcting whatever messed-up rhythm she played wrongly. Sometimes, Reilin really hated her perfect pitch. It was overwhelming and annoying, especially with such exuberant chatter.

Then suddenly, Reilin spoke “It’s not your fault.” Reilin seemed to be looking directly at Shizuka, yet her focus was also clearly not on the girl. She repeated the statement again. “It’s not your fault, really.” And then “Don’t blame yourself. Don’t blame yourself, it’s not your fault, trust me.” Was she speaking to Shizuka? Herself? An imaginary friend? Was she insane?

Wei En approached Nightrekra, waving cheerfully with an exuberant “hello!”. She and Bubbles float over to Nightrekra, as Wei En hops off from the robot-sphere-thing. “Who are you? What’s your talent? D’you wanna be my friend?” She asks, now swaying to and fro, to some imaginary music

Reilin notices Shizuka’s discomfort. Likely a migraine, headache or overstimulation. She quietly walks over, taps Shizuka gently on the shoulder and passes her a set of noise-canceling headphones. “Thought you might need this.” She murmurs softly.

Wei En giggles at Monokuma patting her, before finding Bubbles and squealing in delight, throwing herself around the metal sphere eagerly. [Bubbles] flickers to life, moving away from Wei En to float above her head, scanning everyone around her to give her a detailed description of everyone. Wei En gives Amaya an affirmative salute. “Yessir, Captain Sir! Or Madam. Whatever your pronouns are. Heh”

After the massive cataclysm, the seas disappeared and the worlds shattered. No one recalls the exact events that unfolded, only the fear the brewed amongst them as everyone fought to survive. Hell, no one even recalls what that catastrophic event was, or where it took place. But everyone knows, knows of the Monarch. The Higher Being, the Loving One. They can all remember clearly that the Monarch was the one to bring them out of the barren wasteland, the shining light that brought relief to the broken world. She is greatly revered, having gained a devoted following of thousands upon thousands. They remember when she defeated the chaos disrupting the peace of their planet, bringing them out of captivity. Or do they?……..

Years have passed since that supposed incident, but the family of the Monarch still remains. Ever faithful, adoring of their Monarch, living under her eternal protection. There is none who have dared to oppose her authority, for those who dare to question her love for her people are rumored to never be seen again. Yet the world is never untied. There are people who disagree. People who have found the gaps in their memory strange. Those who wish to escape this enclosed haven. The so-called traitors living underground. And they want to escape the control of the Loving One, or die trying. They are known as the Truth-Seekers, people who believe that the family they have is nothing more than a cult. But it’s not. How could it? Such a loving family with such caring brothers and sisters. Wouldn’t you agree?

“Society is stupid and blind. My Edeya is a blessing to me, ranking or not. It helped me get through some of the darkest times is my life. All Edeyas are unique in their own right, and stronger when combined with others. Each Edeya has its own benefits and weaknesses, but we live in a [f*****] up society.” Celine mumbled quietly, as she put her pen down with a flourish, having completed her sketch of Professor Brown, Wright and Doctor Satou, next to Class 2-4. It was very out of character of Celine to swear, and you honestly wouldn’t have caught it if you hadn’t heard her speak before.

Buttercup pulls out a small paint palette, before taking out a sheet of paper and painting something. She rolled up the mini parchment, now complete with a sketch of Saeha, before stretching out her little plastic hands and handing the sketch over to Saeha.

“Woaahhhhh, that sounds super duper fun! A game of Cluedo! Wait, you’re a bear right? How come you’re multi coloured? Oh my oh my, there’s a lot of people! Wait no…murder? That’s not very fun. Why? Couldn’t we do something less fatal instead? Like hide and seek? Less murder more games! Wait wait wait, why would you let a murder get away with it? How many times have you done this before? All of us specialise, in one talent, yeah? So how did you pick us?” Wei En asked, now sucking on a lollipop that had come from heaven-knows-where.

Rei Lin frowned. “Eh. So we’re going to die. How gruesome. Is there a practice room somewhere where we get to use our talents? Seems a waste to, you know, die without using what we were born to do.” The bear- Monokuma, was it? was speaking in Ds. Hmm. D…for death. Fitting, she noted, but otherwise not important. Hopefully she would get out alive.

Celine was now doodling in her notebook, as Professor Wright had paused for a while, to get responses. Upon closer observation, one would notice that Celine had doodled the members of Class 2-4. Andrael was on the left, face set into a half smile, arms folded and looking serious. Kinoko and Soo-ah were next, Soo-ah’s arm draped over Kinoko, the two smiling and posing. Next was Sunghan, who held a bubble tea in her hand, partially caught off guard by the camera, hers a look of half smile-half shock. And then Alea, looking slightly nervous but overall happy to be here. Celine herself was next to be drawn, posed like a doll. Then Fortevera and Saeha, both with wide smiles on their faces, a faraway look in Fortevera’s eyes while Saeha looked mildly concerned. When she looked up, she noticed the actual Fortevera gazing at her, to which she gave a cheery smile. She gave a quick nod to the professors question, before leaning back in her chair, done with note-taking and doodling (for now).

Wei En’s head was pounding. Her eyelids were still heavy, she didn’t feel like opening them. But she was soon awoken from her slumber by some very loud, very piercing screaming. Groaning, Wei En grudgingly opened her eyes and got up, noticing first that her bag was gone. “Where’s Bubbles?” Wei En asked, as panic overtook the girl and she bounced up from her original resting position, pink and blue ponytails swinging violently behind her. Her voice was unintentionally loud, echoing across the room, as she looked around in a panic. It was only then she noticed the physical beings in the room. “Oh! Humans! Hi! Nice to meet you? I think? I’m— Have you seen Bubbles? What’s up the big black and white bear? Hey wait, painkillers? Can I get some?” Wei En was suddenly peppy, bright and exuberant, her rapid-fire questions sure to throw anyone off.

Reilin wakes up shortly after Wei En, groggily rubbing the sleep out of her eyes. All around her, people were busy chattering away in Cs As and Fs. It was mildly uncomfortable, as the notes were all clashing and NOT making a melodious tune to her ears. She silently gets up, moving to the table and sitting down to observe the crowd, humming as she tapped the table rhythmically.

There had been no sound from Celine, apart from the furious scribbling of the quill. Suddenly, she let out a quiet “Aack” before puffing air out at her notepad. It had caught fire, and her quill tip was smoking. She puts out the fire, crumpling the page of notes, before taking another copy of notes from Tulip, who had been acting as second scribe. She didn’t seem to be scribbling much of the current discussion, as apart from a few notes regarding the discussed matter, most of it was illegible to others.

Buttercup climbs up to Saeha, sitting on the corner of her desk. The doll didn’t talk, but it provided a comforting presence for the girl, accompanying her during the lesson.

Celine returns the smile. “Yeah, maybe we can grow plants sometime.” She snaps her fingers and the dolls disappear, except for Tulip and Buttercup. Tulip continues to ‘reserve’ the seat for Alea whilst Buttercup goes to check on Saeha. Buttercup walks up to Saeha, head tilting as she stretched her hand out to her. Meanwhile, Celine was focusing on the Professor, full attention devoted to him as she patiently waits for the lesson to begin. She takes out a notepad, and a quill, writing something at the top before placing it down again.

Celine righted the chair as Tulip returns the handshake. She paused to activate her Edeya, humming a tune softly. She murmurs a thanks through her humming, before her tune ended. When she opens her eyes again, colorful rings can be observed spinning around her eyes, and several dolls appear out of nowhere. “Fortevera, meet Tulip, Rose, Honeysuckle, Orchid, Lily, Dahlia, Iris, Buttercup and Alstroemeria. You can probably tell by now, they’re all named after flowers. Flowers I used to grow in the garden of my biological parents’ home.” She waves the hands, and the dolls shrink, to be able to fit onto the table with ease. “Don’t wanna bother the others, having too much crowd is a bother to some.”

“Nice to meet you, Fortevera. You have a pretty name, and a pretty face to match! I’m not particularly special, but I do love a good tea party.” Celine accepts the handshake, dainty hands enclasping Fortevra’s strong ones, grip feather-like compared to the other. “I’m saving a seat for Alea. That’s Tulip, one of my ten main dolls. She’s sort-of sentient, and a crucial part of my Edeya, I daresay.” Upon ‘hearing’ Celine introduce her, Tulip turned to face Fortevera, and waved her little arm, before resuming her lifelessness once more. “See what I mean? They’re only sorta sentient.”

Celine follows after Professor Wright, enetering the classroom. There were students who hadn’t been tested yet, but perhaps they would be tested tomorrow? She takes a place beside Fortevera, before placing a doll on the seat beside her, reserving it for Alea. She catches Fortevera waving and smiling, and returns it with a cheery wave of her own. “Hello! My name’s Celine, and you are-?”

The guard sighed- a long, drawn out and slightly exasperated sound. They did a sweep of the room, checking for any other escape-ish routes, and found none. They let go of Sera, leaving her alone in the room. (as she wished) Andrea, on the other hand, was already well aware of the situation. But that wasn’t of as much importance. She flicked through the monitors, landing on the one room Kendo, Jack, Emma, Lydia and Emma’s grandfather were in. Well that was a lot of people for one room. Andrea didn’t really give a damn about whatever would happen. She had her insurance, and she knew Jack would deliver. But for now? Andrea brings the tablet displaying the real life conversations (though without sound, of course) to Sera’s room, putting it down silently on her bed and leaving. If Sera was listening, as Andrea left the room, she would hear Andrea mutter softly “Look what your beloved Jack has become. She and I aren’t so different, eh?”

Andrea leaves, motioning for two more rose-masked guards to join the guarding post, as one of the guards stepped in to personally observe Sera. She should probably return to doing her other…tasks. She had a big surprise in store for Jasmine.
