Gem's formerly wounded leg began to twitch. However, she was still unconscious on the floor. It seemed as if she was having a nightmare, or something to that effect.

"You're useless." A voice echoed in Gem's mind. "Nobody wants you here." Another voice echoed. Gem shoved the thoughts to the back of her mind, but they kept coming back. She tried to regain consciousness, but again her efforts were in vain.

	Gem had slowly regained consciousness, and stared as she saw the bullet going straight for Clover. She got up, her head dizzy, and ran towards Clover. She was shot right in her leg by the bullet. She fell back down and crumpled to the floor. [Read more]

	Gem shook her head, and jumped off the tree. She ran away with all the strength she could muster, and activating her slightly increased speed abilities. She ran and ducked behind a snowed-over bush. She dusted away the footprints in the snow around the bush, and waited. She began to glance around, examining possible escape routes. [Read more]
