	Hmm hmm, I'm not sure what my stance would be on a paywall just yet-- On one hand, maybe that would work, but on the other hand, that's quite a lot of PD/Nuggets and the majority of players are well mannered, it seems almost like a punishment for the small majority of users that do act up. Hmm, small thought, and this might not really affect your suggestion, but I feel images in the notif wall might be a little spooky in general considering all of the spam and the way people have been seen behaving...

If only there was an approval process beforehand, something quick and easy so that people couldn't just drop images of inappropriate things, though it might require some thinking as to who's in charge of approving them and how fast we could get such a process to work (though it might be worth the wait for the sake of safety)

I support this idea, considering my first concern was possible inappropriate content, but thinking of it-- anyone can already pretty much link to that using BBCode anyways.

However, I think that if they were to be made for Palpad use only, there might be a small problem when it comes to who has permission to add or remove custom emotes. I get that you mean individuals get about 100 custom characters, but when it comes to the notification wall, it'd have to change layouts to support custom emotes (would there be a bar above your new post where you could select them from? How would you type them into your post?)

It sounds like it might be a little bit difficult to implement and moderate, and like it would be a lot of work to implement. (Haha, this is why PH needs more developers/coders)
