Anthony slipped out of a bookstore. He wasn't sure which one as he wasn't necessarily looking at the signs. Mostly the third year was following his parents as they moved from store to store. The boy started as a cat skittered in front of him, giving a slight yelp and jumping back. Looking back up he realised he had been separated. Frowning the boy stayed put. That was what you were supposed to do when you were lost... right?

Brooke browsed the inside of the Qualoty Quidditch Shop. While Hogwarts tended to provide the basics for the sport, Brooke preferred to get some of her own just in case. She picked up a quaffle, turning to continue browsing. She was hoping to find a broom maintenance kit as her broom was getting rather worn.

Anthony slowly slipped out of his bed, his bare feet thudding against the ground as he moved over to his closet, sliding on a green turtleneck and blue jeans. His morning routine didn't change much, even on a day like this. He'd gone to Diagon Alley 2 times, soon to be a third and still it remained mostly the same. Slipping on some shoes, the boy tromped down the stairs, ducking into the kitchen. His parents were already sitting at the table he noted, grabbing a quick breakfast. Anthony quickly looked down at the ground as his father momentarily looked at him. "You ready to go?" He heard his father ask, and Anthony nodded.

The three exited the home, making their way to the Leaky Cauldron. He hadn't heard from Holly in a long while. He still held onto to the foolish hope that he'd get a letter from her. He held back a pitying chuckle, picking at his palm. He had barely realised they had entered Diagon Alley when he heard the shifting bricks. He just wanted to finish this as quickly as possible.

Brooke had managed to convince her parents to stay behind this year, leaving her to traverse Diagon Alley herself. She felt the familiar jittery feeling in her guts, and she had to resist the urge to just run around and look at everything. 6 years hadn't been enough to keep her interest apparently. She could see any students that would be attending Hogwarts this year, either buying robes or just being smaller than the adults around them. She felt a bright smile come to her lips.

Calverus pulled himself away from the tree, grimacing at the damage to his sleeve. He followed behind the others, slowly shouldering his way in the front. He made sure to stay behind their guide, but his eyes were narrowed. The dark side still hummed, but the noise was less deafening than before.

---

Kosuke watched from atop a tree as a small caravan passed through. Resting a hand on his ninjato, he kept from tree to tree, coating his legs in chakra as he jumped and stuck to the branches. The creaked as he threw his weight on them, further cluing him in on the fact that he wasn't near Konoha. He slipped a small genjutsu over himself. It would cause a slight change in his appearance, hiding the gill markings on his face. If that didn't work he had layered another genjutsu over it, causing anyone to quickly glance over him. He then dropped down from the tree swiftly, following behind the group.

Name: Anthony Williams
Age: 13
Gender/Pronouns: He/him
Personality: Anthony is constantly doubting himself, but prove to others, and himself, that he is capable. He has a light stutter, though he's pretty proud at how far he's come. Socializing is still a struggle for him mostly out of his own fears.
Appearance: Anthony has untamed brown hair, and bright blue eyes. His facial expression is often rather wistful, and most of his smiles are simply small tugs at his cheeks. He often wears high neck shirts with long sleeves, though occasionally he'll roll the sleeves up to his elbows. He is rather short for his age.
Year: 3rd
House: Slytherin
Wand: blackthorn wood, dragon heartstrings as a core. It is about 11 inches
Patronus: Adder
Others: Werewolf (if that's okay?)
Quidditch Position: none
Blood Status: pure
Extra: finally get to use him again ;^;

Name: Brooke Haynes
Age: 16
Gender/Pronouns: She/her
Personality: Brooke may seem very quiet but she is actually very loud and energetic. She isn't afraid to share about things she loves and maybe she hyper fixates on things too much. She can get stressed pretty easily and doesn't typically deal with it in healthy ways, but somehow she manages.
Appearance: Brooke has shoulder-length brown hair and green eyes. Her hair is slightly curly, something she despised. She stands at about 5'8" though it's often hidden by her terrible posture.
Year: 6th
House: Ravenclaw
Wand: Ash wood, 10 inches. Unicorns hair as a core.
Patronus: Cat
Others: nope
Quidditch Position: Keeper
Blood Status: Half
Extra: nope

"Grah!" Calverus growled out as several attacks came towards him. He used the force to try and push the flying creature out of the air, roaring as fire struck him. He could feel the heat from beneath his mask, feeling pain steadily grow. It fed him, made him stronger. He continued to stalk to his first target, pausing only when he felt something small disturb the ground near him. His gaze was cast towards the small rock, then over to whom threw it. Another stick figure. His head was tilted back as he turned to face her. He abandoned the one from before, throwing his lightsaber towards the one who threw the rock. His aim shifted as a feather tore threw his sleeve, pulling his arm along with it. He stumbled, his body being thrown against a tree. He spluttered as he hit the wood, narrowing his eyes. He lost concentration. His anger fled him, leaving him with nothing but pain.

His eyes slowly scanned the clearing as he took in heavy breaths. He dipped his head down, a sign of surrender. Well, maybe not exactly, but he was done fighting.

Calverus let out another animalistic snarl as his target drew out his voice in an almost singing fashion. Calling upon the force, he lifted the stickman into the air, throwing him back with a force push. His mind was buzzing in excitement, the dark side wrapping around him, whispering to him. Using it's power he darted forward, enhancing his speed slightly with the force. Calverus shifted his lightsaber so that the hilt would hit the stickman first. It would do him no good if they died too quickly.

Bump again. Maybe I should start hiding my sig, lol. It's just becoming a line of Thrawn gifs. Anyways, i have decided on a date to start and will set an alarm on my phone. The rp will start on the 13. My tests will be out of the way and I will be on vacation so I figured it's the perfect time to start.

...

Forms are still open.

Calverus revelled in the short burst of pain the creature felt, greedily pulling it towards him. He let out a low growl as the source quickly faded, leaving nothing but a damaged husk. His eyes trailed along those gathered, his fist grasping the lightsaber tight. It was still humming as the red light softly reflected off his mask. There was one problem Calverus had encountered in his trainings. His unique ability allowed him to draw on the pains, fears, and dangers of other people, but cut it off too quickly and he was left starved. The growl slowly turned into a snarl as his gaze froze on the first he heard speak. A strange figure that appeared like a small child's drawing. His force signature reached out in himger towards the creature as he stalked foward, eyes narrowed.

Calverus could tell when he was close, now able to draw the strength of the fear to it's full extent. He snarled as he drew upon his own rage, feeding it with the fear. Left hand reaching for his lightsaber he unclipped it, watching the red blade ignite with a loud start, settling for a buzzed hum. Spotting a strange... he didn't actually have any clue what it was... Spotting a creature inside a stick? He immediately swing his lightsaber towards it, using his momentum to swing the blade down.

Calverus was slightly confused as to why the slipping part was important, but he dismissed the thought quickly as he understood that some beings had their own terms for their own unique things. The masked being noted that she didn't seem to be leaving, a commensalism, he supposed. He slowly let out a breath of air, lightly narrowing his eyes as a familiar feeling reached out to him. Fear drifted from the trees, his own force signature reaching out hungrily, grabbing onto the emotion. Calverus stood up, bringing the fear close to him. It was weak, seeing as its source was not too close to him. He began to run in the direction the negative emotion came from, leaving the other being without a word. If she truly saw need to stick around she would follow.

Calverus watched her closely as she seemingly tested his name, slightly growing irritated. He held onto the feeling, shoving it deep down until he found a need for the emotion. If her ability was inherited perhaps she was another new race discovered on the outer-rim. It seemed like new kinds of sentients were being discovered everyday. The force-weilder had enjoyed when the galaxy was smaller. He gave a shake of his head to indicate that he, as well, did not know where they were. "Truthfully I only know a small handful of planets with wildlife like this still, but I haven't visited them in a long while." Naboo was probably his best bet. Part of Calverus wished they were on Alderaan. He had only visited the planet once but it was truly a beautiful place. The various mountains and snow brought out the green hills and tall trees. Shaking his head he tried to focus back on the being near him.

Calverus blinked, though the only outward sign was the yellow glow from his eyes disappearing for a split second. His head tilted even further in confusion, now at a rather uncomfortable angle. He quickly straightened out, looking over the bird? human? being. Trained as a warrior, he could see how inexperienced the being was in their own body, somewhat peculiar. Then again they could change form, perhaps it was not that strange. Hearing the being give him their name he nodded. "Lord Calverus." He responded, giving her -he assumed they were female?- his name, title included.

As it edged closer, Calverus could see more of the bird -for that's certainly what it was. The closest comparison he could make was that in looked luke a convor, but more lithe. Of course the colors and shaping were different as well but... It's actions were certainly bizarre but perhaps proving of his theory that it was sentient. Slowly he opened his mouth to speak. "Are you capable of speech?" The words were short and concise, giving his voice a clipped tone.

Calverus turned as he felt a new force presence draw near. His hand was now firmly wrapped around the hilt of his lightsaber, though it stayed clipped to his belt. Turning to catch a better look at whatever lifeform was near, he paused. He hadn't seen anything specifically like it, but from what he had seen it appeared that the creature was capable of flight. It was rather small, suggesting a lack of sentience, but somewhere beneath the black and white feathers... A slight unease grew. The force encircled the creature in a way he only saw in sentients. Not enough to indicate force-sensitivity by any means, but enough to indicate intelligence. Tilting his head slightly to the side, he dropped into a more relaxed stance. It was small, if it posed a threat he could easily dispose of it.

Calverus walked over to a tree, placing a hand on a tree. Not really a common sight for him nowadays, mostly because he stayed to more densely populated planets. He could feel the living force thrumming through it's roots, but it interested him little. Pulling his hand back he rubbed it against the bottom of his mask. How long had it been since he'd put it on? It was starting to get a little hot, but he would have to stick it out. Shaking his head, he did his best to keep aware of his surroundings, his left hand hung low, next to his lightsaber. He wouldn't get caught unawares.

---

Kosuke awoke with a slow start, grumbling as he rose up. Rubbing at his head he opened his eyes, blinking to clear his vision. Glancing around he paused. He was in a forest, something somewhat normal for him. What was not normal was the forest itself. it wasn't one of the forests outside of Konoha, and the rest of his team wasn't with him. Letting his hand slowly fall from his head, Kosuke tried to recall what he was last doing. He couldn't call up any memory. He felt his hands lightly twitching at his side, and he reached into his pockets for a book. He pulled out an older book, letting the old book smell welcome him before diving into the book. He had to stay calm, listening intently to his surroundings every so often.

Calverus jolted up on his feet, his eyes glancing around his current location. His yellow eyes glowed from his mask as they darted, his head lightly shifting to take in more sights. He pushed himself out of the crouch he was settled in, letting his lightsaber drop from his hands and lay limp on his belt once more. He gave a soft sigh as he reached out with the force, attempting to locate others.

Ace hummed in response to Coco's question, giving a small shrug. "I mean, I've sort of become an unofficial teacher to some kids. I've been thinking about going to college and getting a teaching degree to make it more official but..." The bipedal frog paused with a small frown. "I don't know. It just seems like if I were to do that, I'd be facing the fact that I'm not some kid that can run around and have fun. It feels like I'd be turning my back on my adventuring dreams as a kid. I just don't know if I'm ready to face reality." He frowned, realizing his point was probably a little to depressing for their conversation. "Besides, I'm happy with where I'm at right now." He quickly threw in, hoping to lighten the load.

Ace gave a cheery greeting to Melody, admittedly curious about Shade's new companion. "I bet we do." He sat down with the group, shifting his goggles so they sat in his forehead. "Where have you been, what have you been up to?"
