	Heidi sat from her place on the school roof, watching the group throw eggs. She was moderately surprised that the head-boy had joined in, but it meant more trouble for him if he was caught. 	Mare shrugs it off. She pulls the leather jacket out of the bag and gives it to Suvansh. She wraps the fleece blanket around her own shoulders. She closes the bag again. "When we find a good place to stop, I have some food and fire materials." she tells him. "I also have some rope." she adds, her pale skin looking somehow paler in the shine of the snow and ice. Mare smiles mournfully. "I think I'll stay on the ground. I don't do well with fire..." she said, referring to Flare's tail. Mare takes a deep breath and steels her nerves for the memory she knew would come.

Fire. Everywhere. Swirling around and around and around. There was no escape. People where screaming. It was too much for little Mare to bear. Mare curled up, and the hungry flames engulfed her, taking her life away...

Mare shudders. That memory hit hard. Even in Specter form, fire still hurt Mare. Fire was how Mare died the first time, and something told Mare that fire would have something to do with the second time..

	Mare was surprisingly fast. She examined the contents of the silver bag she took as she ran. "Fleece blanket, leather jacket, rope, a flint and steel, and some uncooked rabbit. Mare sighed. She decided instead that she would head for the Tundra. She stuck the stuff back in the bag and slung the bag over her shoulder. [Read more]

Mare had spotted something interesting looking within the cornucopia. It looked like a pair of mechanical gloves. They appeared to be black, with some orange and red plumes. Immediately, Mare knew those were for her. She races to them, dodge and weaving her way through fighting tributes. She grabs the gauntlets and as soon as they touch her hands they begin to hum. Mare snaps them on and instinctively ducks. An NPC tribute with a bow, had set their eyes on her. Mare looked down, grabbed a silvery colored backpack and dodged another arrow. She takes a deep breath. With supernatural speed, Mare launches herself at the attacker. The attacker gasps, narrowing there eyes. Mare stares at this person for a second. "I'm truly sorry for what I have to do. But maybe you can be bright back." Mare says aloud. Now the person looks confused. Mare takes another deep breath. She launches her first attack. Right to the head. The attacker collapses. Mare gasps. "That shouldn't have knocked them out!" she knelt down and felt there pulse. "Oh my god. I killed them!" she murmurs. These gauntlet's were quite a bit stronger then the ones she's used in the past. Mare closes her eyes, and stands up. She opens her eyes and heads for the Taiga Bay section.

	Within a few minutes, Mare has fallen asleep. The worry lines in her face disappeared. Her pale skin, looks slickly in the weird light of the area, but seems to regain some substance, like it was becoming more solid. Mare's white hair occasionally caught a breeze and blew onto her face. [Read more]

She continues on, sighing in relief when they finally find the pool. She collapses onto a chair and lets out a sigh of relief. [Read more]

	"I spend my life force on this." Mare says, as if she could read his mind. She laughs, sounding slightly bitter. "At least I can't get hurt. In a physical way. In a sense." she says, still being confusing. The comment of her spending her life force is disturbing, but she seems unbothered by it. Like she's seen her fate, and has already accepted it.
