Yes, you can only buy a max of 15 Pokemon per visit. Items are unlimited though.

	People can interact with your party and storage boxes, yes. The only exception is if you have an egg inside egg storage, which you can buy from Bill for 75K PD. Only then can people not interact with something, that something being an egg. [Read more]
