(OOC: sorry for the inactivity over the last day or so)

Suddenly, a small part of the Eggshell fell away and a tiny blue paw appeared. The rest of the Egg fell away revealing a tiny baby Shinx. The cub looked around a bit before turning to Felix and smiling.

Felix could barely contain squeals at how cute the Shinx was, gently picking him up. "Hey there little buddy!"

"Shinx!"

"Hm, what to name you..." Felix thought for a moment. "How about...Steven?"

"Shinx!" the Shinx smiled.

"Steven it is!"

The tender moment was interrupted by Felix's phone ringing. Begrudgingly, he put it down and answered.

"Hello?"

"..."

"What!? A base?? How? Where? Why?" Felix shook his head. "Uhh have you tried both pulling and pushing the door?"

"What's its problem with me anyway?" Admin asked, walking over but not too close to the still angry Lycanroc.

"Boot..." Spins replied, her voice softer than Felix had ever heard it.

"Is this because of what Admin said?"

Spins nodded.

"About Zacian and Zamazenta?"

She shook her head.

"Then...about Eternatus?"

Spins nodded.

"Aw, Spins," Felix said, petting her. "It's sweet that you worry about him-"

"Boot! Raboot!" Spins protested, shaking her head.

Felix took a moment to think about what Spins could mean. "Then...it's just Eternatus itself?"

Spins nodded. She jumped off his shoulder and began throwing punches and kicks at the air.

"You want to fight it??" Felix asked, incredulous. Spins was always so cheerful, she had never been aggressive to anything before, except...

Amy. She'd been aggressive towards Amy after she'd electrocuted him.

"Spins...has Eternatus...hurt you?"

Spins thought of a moment before shaking her head.

"Hurt someone you cared about."

A single nod.

Felix sighed before bending down to Spins, softly petting her head. "I understand. When we next see Admin, I'll ask if we can help him fight Eternatus, okay?"

"Boot..." Spins looked up at him in awe before smiling. "Raboot!"

(OOC: I'm guessing I'll take over Admin now, if I'm wrong then feel free to retcon this)

"Alright, calm down, I'm not gonna hurt you," Admin said, unphased.

"I wonder where Admin went..." Felix muttered as he wandered around Route 5. Spins stood on his shoulder as always, but on his other shoulder, Junior sat, his tail hanging down so that the flame was close to Felix's backpack which held the Egg.
