Felix stretched as he left the Gym, having closed up for the day. He'd gotten a lot of challengers today, half of which actually defeated him! Having taken over as the 3rd Gym Leader after Kabu retired, his was often considered the first major roadblock of the Galar region's League Challenge, and usually only about a third of his challengers succeeded against him on their first try.

He called on his Talonflame, Icarus, to carry him home to Alola. Some days he took a boat, but he found Icarus to often be a faster and much easier alternative. During the flight, he passed over Kanto, and noticed a commotion on the shore. He commanded Icarus to fly lower so he could get a closer look.

"I-I-" Felix look Spins' paw, rubbing his fingers over her fur. She stepped closer to him so that he could pick her up and hug her close, stroking her soft fur and letting it calm him down. His heart was still pounding and he was still shaking, but he was able to think clear enough to process what was happening around him. "Y-yeah, I'm okay..." he sighed, looking up at Admin. Pokemon: Cinderace (Spins), Litten (Kaen), Talonflame (Icarus), shiny Dusk Lycanroc (Cobalt), Umbreon (Moonlight), Boltund (Volt). He does have other Pokémon but they stay at his house in Alola when they're not on the team.
Rank of trainer: Ace Trainer
Starter: Scorbunny (Spins)
Mega evolution, Z-moves or Dynamax/Gigantamaxing?: Z-Moves
Type of trainer: Gym Leader (Fire-Type, only uses Spins, Kaen and Icarus in gym battles. He also switches to Dynamax instead of Z-Ring in gym battles but that probably won't end up being relevant in the RP)
Description: Dark green almost black hair, tied up in a short ponytail. Bangs that would normally cover his eyes are held in place by a red hairclip. Short and very thin with a small bit of muscle. Tanned skin covered in very faint scars from being scratched by Pokémon. Wears a red tank top and black, grey and yellow pants (same style as the male Sun/Moon player character) and red sneakers with the laces untied, with a worn green hoodie wrapped around his waist and black fingerless gloves.
Personality: Now 17 years old, Felix is a lot more confident than his younger self. He's far better at socialising than he used to be, but still clams up under pressure. He much prefers to communicate/get to know people through Pokémon battles, and is able to tell a lot about a person based on their battling style and how they communicate with their Pokémon. He's super jumpy however, and can still go non-verbal if his anxiety is pushed far enough. Generally though, he's cheerful and friendly and not afraid to get a bit roughed up by his Pokémon.
Backstory: Felix started his journey in Galar. At the time he was super shy and prone to anxiety attacks. He met Admin back then, but after he finished his Galar journey he went to Alola and eventually fell out of touch with Admin. Now Admin is almost a completely different person...

"GAAH" Felix jumped and stumbled over, falling onto his side. He clutched at the grass, breathing heavily and trying to calm himself down, he didn't wanna have a panic attack, not here, not now, oh crap he was already having one, stop panicking, calm down, breathe, breATHE-

"Boot!" Spins, who had fallen off his shoulder, was calling out to Felix, trying to calm him down, confusion and guilt in her eyes.

Felix was out on Route 5 training with Steven.

"One last tackle!" Felix commanded.

"Shinx!" Steven replied before hitting the Cottonee with a powerful tackle. As the Cottonee fainted, Steven became flooded with a bright light, and when it faded, a Luxio stood in his place.

"Alright!"

"Boot!" Spins cheered as well from her regular perch on Felix's shoulder. Steven ran back over happily and purred when Felix gave him a pat.
