	The amount of doors opened should actually be reworded to “Doors completed”. The doors automatically turn black the next day, but the number at the top only changes if you complete the task for any specific door. You must’ve just forgotten to do one of the tasks from yesterday or earlier and didn’t realize. [Read more]

If no such thing happened to you by now, then it's alright and I assume you weren't doing anything harmful on purpose.
