You may actively make eggs hatch immediately or just shorten the time needed to hatch by using Power Orbs, which is generated when you interact while having Exp Share(s) in your Item Bag.
Another way is to use a Red/Yellow/Blue Flute, which can be purchased in Item Shop if you have Nuggets. (Personally I don't really like this way though)
There's also an item called Flame Orb which can also be bought in Item Shop. It helps hatching eggs a bit more quickly too ^^

You can also boost your egg hatching speed passively by interacting to attract more clicks to your eggs. Newest Adoptions and Online Clicklist are the most suitable clicklists for this imo.
