SilverShinyBirdizard	so team rocket didn't really know how to evolve them cause they didn't figure out how to train a mon with no move that does damage to level 20 (put it in the first spot of the party and switch to a stronger mon every battle lol, all mons that participated get xp) they experimented with magikarps and tried to evolve them. and they succeeded, but somehow the resulting gyarados kept the original colour of the magikarp! and thus, shinies were born (that's also why	2 Years ago
SilverShinyBirdizard	hab first shiny pokemon to ever exist ^^ (true story: shiny pokemon didn't exist at first (well first of all red and blue (or red and green in japan actually) came out in black and white lmao so no colours and no shinies), but in gen two, team rocket was experimenting with magikarps because magikarps - the weakest mons ever, can literally only use 'splash' a move that does absolutely nothing - evolve to gyarados - a very strong mon.	2 Years ago
