I'm on mobile, and all the notifications are half off the screen. The device is a kindle fire, if that's any help.

I just shrugged it off, because I thought it's just another "mobile thing". Lol. :P

By the way, I currently use Samsung S8 while I go online using Chrome.. if that matters at all. :S

I'm not quite sure this is actually a bug...

From what I noticed, those notifications are programmed to start x pixels to the left of the actual site, probably to make sure it doesn't cover up anything vital. Any screen that doesn't have a visible background, cuts of (a part of) the notification.

I often find it's in the way both on computer and on phone (can't currently prove this), so if this is the case, then it being in the way should also be a bug.

I personally think it should be as far left as it can go but still be on screen.

An example of them covering stuff on a normal sized screen.
