They are plushies in the Dream Mall, but there is no other information about them. I just want to know more about them. Are they Pokesonas, mascots, or what? I wasn’t able to find any info on them in the forums.

If memory serves, they're PokéSonas. Touya is Requiem's and Nayami is Abby's.

Those Plushies are Pokésonas and previously were released for long-time Staff Members on their birthdays.
For example, Amelia is one of Liirah’s Pokésonas.
