If you means exploring and catching Pokémon like other Pokémon MMORPGs, then no. This is an adoptable site, not a MMORPG

Um... How about no. Wouldn't it take a lot of time to do that kind of stuff? And plus, like what MeepTheMareep02 said, this is a adoptable site, not a MMORPG site. And this wasn't even explained well.

I also do not support.

1. Like many others have said, this isn't well explained. Where would we be allowed to walk around? There are currently not many places in Emera Town that could become maps that players can walk around on. (For example, if Riako made a map for Emera Square you could walk around on but don't make a map for the Daycare, where it wouldn't be needed, that would just look out-of-place.)

2. Like MeepTheMareep02 said, this is an adoptable site, not an MMORPG. PokeHeroes has a lot of members (almost 100k) and another adoptable site, PokeFarmQ, has many members as well for being an adoptable site. I know from experience that many MMORPG-type Pokemon games usually don't get more than 10-50k players, with a few exceptions of course. Making PokeHeroes an MMORPG-type game will only draw the majority of players away from PH.

3. I don't know if you think that multiple users should be able to come onto the map at the same time, but if you did, then here's why it wont work. Think about Club Penguin for a second. CP had like- 100-1000+ servers (I think) and still many servers were full, and it crowded and lagged the maps. Now I know that CP had 10 million players and it isn't an MMORPG, but this could very well happen with 1 server, 100,000 players, and a couple maps. I think this would crash the site more often than the site already lags and crashes.

4. It would be so much work for the artists/spriters to make overworld art, pokemon encounters/battles, code in shiny pokemon, etc. When it's actually added to the site it could be the biggest wait time/whatever it's called- ever. Like the GTS update, but worse. Actually having it put into the game could leave PH unable to function for at least a couple days, and change the site completely.

So...there's my opinion on it...I know much of what I mentioned had been said, but I wanted to detail a lot of my reasons why it wouldn't work.

Aside from the fact that this suggestion in itself isn't explained at all [just saying 'this should be possible' doesn't tell us anything about the practical side of things], this would completely change the concept of the site and the target audience.

This is, at its core, and adoptable site, not an Adventure Game. There are plenty of other sites that will give you the MMORPG feel [and lets not forget the original games], so if you really want to explore the area yourself, feel free to try one of those. This is, and always will be, an adoptable site with fun (mini-)games.
