They are a part of the gen 7 dex, so they'll most likely be added sooner or later.
Not all the gen 7 pokemon are obtainable yet, so it'll probably take some time before every gen 7 pokemon is obtainable. So be patient ;)

Like what @Maniac said, the 3d sprites to 2d sprites takes a lot of work. I wouldn't want to spend my whole day trying to make a necrozma-lunala sprite. Though the thing about forms is that they're pretty annoying, people already have to deal with 5 cosmogs. So why would they want 2 more formes? Ultra beasts I agree with, they are pretty cool pokemon. ~~But please don't make it how it is in PFQ~~

People often think the PH sprites are bland. Do they shade? Well, yes they do. You'll be surprised how much care is taken for these sprites.

Maybe make them reversible fusions like they're already in the games, requiring a Solgaleo/Lunala and a Necrozma, and you can separate them whenever you want. But that'd complicate Ultra Necrozma...

But I'm sure Riako is planning on a way to implement them without requiring a 7 nebula Stones for completing the "box legend family".

Now now, we all know it was a typo, no need to keep making jokes about it :p
But yeah, all the sprites will eventually be added to the site once they are completed ^-^;
Please have patience! They do take quite a bit of time to do, and in time, all will be added :)

This suggestion would be a little more useful, if you could give ideas on how they could be added ;)

Simply saying they should be added, isn't really a suggestion in itself and will end up in 'rejected', because any and all official pokémon will eventually be added.
