Has anyone ever got the Giratina Mini-game during a Royal Tunnel run?
Is it even possible to get it or has the game been disabled to occur during Royal Tunnel runs? If it's not, would it not be stressful if the game suddendly starts when a user is on a high-streak?

According to Riako's post at that "Minor Update" thread on 31/10/2014: You will no longer be interrupted at the Royal Tunnel by Halloween Easter Eggs like the Giratina Mini Game or the spooky Drifloon lady. :)

I won the "Event Spriting Contest" as it says on News Announcement #224.

But wasn't that post made during the time when the Mini-game was an Easten egg rather than a quest by itself?

The time that Giratina was an Easter Egg, it wasn't a mini-game. Those two are mutually exclusive as an easter egg doesn't really lead to something [it just is], while the mini-game demands interaction to progress ^^'
The fact that Riako himself refers to it as the Mini-game, means that the Giratina Quest doesn't get triggered in the Royal Tunnel :)
