2. Honestly, please have some weaknesses to your power, and! Yes, it can be a good power, but we still don't need 20 people flying around with super speed?? Please keep it reasonable.
3. You can have as many characters as you want, but please keep it balanced! The ratio should be 1 superhero to 1 villain.
4. Your characters might die. Of course, you need permission from the character's owner to kill off characters, but to make it easier, please mark a character that you are okay with dying in the Other section.
5. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY YOUR FORM, EVEN IF IT IS FILLED IN.
6. More rules may be added at any time.
7. Be nice to people OOC, and additionally, if I tell you to stop doing something, you must stop.
8. The password is You've got the power <<Highlight this, please put this in the 'Other' section of the form.
9. Tell me if you want to make any big events!
10. Your character must be a teenager!
11. If you're having trouble picking a power, you can use this! (But if it is too overpowered, please don't use it.)
