If by some chance there are no Mods in the chat (but a lot of people) and someone starts Spamming, then for example; If you make 5 chats (or how you say it, I don't know) in less than 5 seconds, you will not be able to chat for a minute or 2.

Support or no support? (This is to prevent spammers, but I highly doubt there will be spammers in the chat :/)

Are you suggesting putting a type of chat bot in the chat? Also what qualifies as Spam? I mean obviously writing the same message over and over and/or saying a bunch of random characters like "gsjdld" in chat. But would this suggestion do anything against that if a person was spamming at six seconds at a time or seven instead of five?

Im waiting on some more of an explanation before I support or not

A bot which auto-detects spam would be a nice thing, I agree. :>

@Queen I already said what the bot would do. It will detect the user that spams and it will block him/her for a minute or 2. (Maybe lower)

Full support. I know another Chat Room that had this very thing and truly did help. A person shouldn't be making more than 5 postings a time, anyway.
