Some users want to buy nuggets, but most of the users in PH have less than 50. It would be better if we were able to give them to pokemon and trade them.

Exactly, it's not the same suggestion - though this doesn't make sense at all.
The minimum Nugget limit is there for a reason; not just to annoy you and to implement another way to trade a very small amount of nuggets.
Making them attachable to Pokémon defeats the whole purpose of the Nugget Gifting page and its required minimum amount.

Also Book, DemonShade didn't said anything for being able to give nuggets to pokemon.
