Hello, Please read this suggestion entirely and tell me
what you think and what should i add to it :)
Hello, We all spent counteless minutes looking trough our storage
boxes to find one pokemon. And most times it slips trough our eyes
and we can't even see it, So this is a solution to solve it.
Insert the Pokemon search function for Storage boxes !
As the image above shows, it is pretty simple, An input box and a
search button to find the pokemon i'm looking for, This is very
similar to the search function in the pokedex!
Let's say, i couldn't find my charizard in my storage boxes, Just a
simple type et Voila!

For sure that's a good Idea (even if it has been suggested
thousands of times before, but still). The only thing you can add I
think is something to say in which box the pokémons are, because,
you know, many of us are trying to complete their Dex and are
sorting their boxes ..
Thank you for the addition, Will add it to the Original post!
If this was posted many times, then Forum mods will get their way
to delete it :p Though i think i contributed further more with my
screenshots :)
I'm pretty sure that the Pokemon are organized in their respective
PokeDex number. If you're trying to find a Pokemon with a large
PokeDex number (eg; Latios is #381), then it makes sense to scroll
to the place where you think that number will be, making the search
easier.
I don't mind having this, but it's already cramped up in the Boxes
itself. I, and maybe others, are not fond of this.
You can always work with the search function that comes with each
browser. Simply hit CTRL + F (Command + F for Mac) and you'll be
given a search box, usually at either the bottom or the top of your
browser. Then start typing the name of the Pokémon you're looking
for. If one or more of the species are located in the box you're
browsing, it'll jump to there.
The only handicap; you have to search boxes
manually/separately.
(This also works on mobile devices, though not via key commands
(obviously). You'd have to check your mobile browser for the
'search site' feature (or something among these lines).)

Yes, it is possible to go trough boxes and use CTRL + F to find
them but it is so annoying to click each box seperatly and write
the pokemon again...
I know this sounds like a lazy option, i don't think its a priority
tbh, but just taught this shoumld be made someday.
Thankfully, on most browsers all you have to do is bring up the
search menu again and press enter because what you searched
previously. I don't see how this would have much impact on things
unless you had a huge amount of boxes- but if so, you'd probably
have already organized them.

I personally like it, but i'd put it below the boxes not above for
space reasons.
if you're not sure if you have a pokemon or of it's dex number it
is easiest and faster to be able to type in it's name then to have
to search each box by hitting keys that not everyone will remember,
it would also make seeing if another user already has a specific
pokemon easier when trading in the GTS and they ask for something
they don't have.
Simple and Unnecessary sure but it would get plenty of use to be
worth it in the long run. Also, I read the key thing about 5 times
and already couldn't tell you what keys they were for my computer
type, I don't imagine younger users to want to have to remember
that either.
