You need to complete tasks that are set to complete, if you skip you will still get something but nothing that good.

Tasks are only visible from the 14th to the 20th. On the 21 first, voting starts.

(Also, please make a new thread, if your question has nothing to do with the original reason and if the last post is over 2 years old.)
