The sun is shining wonderfully bright over Emera Town. It's the perfect weather to go outside and spend the day at the Emera Beach.

Emera Beach, a beautiful place unknown to the PokeHeroes community.
Any of us who keep track of the weather here in Emera Town will notice that on a very sunny day here, we are reminded to go spend the day at the Emera Beach. Well it looks like we do not have an Emera Beach here yet. Is it in the making? I mean we have a beach themed background already in place.

You may be asking yourself now, why do we need the Emera Beach?
The Emera Beach as a lot to offer from just the ideas that the community has given. You could finally have that chance to go fishing, visit an exotic traveler from far away to see what he may have brought with him, or even play a game of Finder's Keepers*!

But what are all of these things you mention could be found at the beach?

While we all loved to go fishing in the actual Pokemon games and watch Misty catch Ash in the anime on the first few episodes, why shouldn't we have fishing allowed here in PokeHeroes? With the fishing added to the community here, it will give us all a chance to catch the water Pokemon found in and around Emera Town! Buy and upgrade your fishing pole at the item shop, or even from Zinnia**, the exotic traveler who brings special items and goods to the beach! Be careful though, the weather could make fishing harder to do.

Ever wonder what it's like to travel around the world? Well Zinnia has been traveling! And her final destination is here in Emera Town! Being as she grew up on an island, she loves being near the ocean and on the beach. She has many items and goods you can purchase or trade her for, that she has brought back with her from her many travels. Her stock changes every now and then^, so make sure you check to see what she will have next! Her stock can consist up to anything being boxes/keys, berries, or even specialty items such as balloons, seller's clothes, or even spray ducks! But who knows what she may have since she has a low stock of anything she is selling. Maybe she will even trade Pokemon with you if she offers^^! I heard she may be buying items as well to add to her personal collection.

Finder's Keepers*

Don't you just love when you find a dollar bill or a quarter on the ground? Well wouldn't you love to start finding gems or PD on the beaches in Emera? You could have that chance to search for those items while you have a fun time in the sun on the Emera Beach! This would be a mini-game where you would choose a pile of sand that you may see, and dig it up and try to find something! But be careful, you may not always find anything. Maybe you will find items such as Prism Scales, King's Rocks, Dragon Scales, Deep Sea Teeth, or even Deep Sea Scales! I heard Zinnia has been collecting those, maybe she will buy them off of you. You would have to pay a small fee to search on the beach, since you would be borrowing a beach shovel and bucket. There would be a set amount of times you could dig until your bucket becomes full and you need to give the shovel and bucket back to give everyone a chance to play#!

Well? What are your thoughts on Emera Beach? Does this sound fun and intriguing? Would you like to visit the beach some day?

I think instead of buying, she could offer some tasks for us to complete with those things we can find on the beach.
The idea would be similar to the Bulletin Board in the Berry Garden area.

I don't really see a need to trade Pokémon with her, unless is some quest related thing.

See, I'd love if she came here and hung out on the beach, maybe Emera is a place where she can finally be happy and heal from the loss of Aster. She was a character in the games that I liked for her morals and story, she was someone who was working so hard to protect and heal the world, despite not fully healing her own broken heart.

So collecting the scales and stuff makes since, because dragon trainer, but I still don't know if she was from an island.

Maybe if Zinnia was in charge of Emera lore of some sort? Like stories or little quests around the site. Perhaps raising a dragon to level 100, ~~reward retro dratini~~ or getting sent to get a book from Rowan, who can't find it and thinks it's in the eternal tower or the caves.

*The name Finder's Keepers can be changed for the game found at Emera Beach. I thought this was a catchy name for what the game is based on.
**The name Zinnia was given to the exotic traveler for the unusual and more edgy and energy filled meaning behind the flower. This name can be changed as well.

^I wasn't sure how often her stock should change, whether it be every 1 hour, 12 hours, or everyone once a day.

#This is just a saying, it would be unlimited to everyone to play when they feel like just by paying the fee.

This suggestion was originally made by SwagMeowth in his thread here. I merely am working off of it, and creating a more involved and better written suggestion. I was given permission to do so by SwagMeowth.

100% as the original item is my suggestion, you added everything I wanted to but couldn't and took out stuff that could have stayed but, hey nobody is perfect. Now we just need to get this to Riako, and may I mention it was Very Sunny at 11:55 PM Last Night?

I don't necessarily think it will make Stein easier to find, since they are meant to be a challenge but it could rule into him a bit.

Support, but there is a problem, Staid already has a hiding place I think (I haven't found him but yeah) and his hint says something about Emera Beach, so that may confuse some users.

But overall, I like this idea!

Support. Would give the beach an actual place on the site, also opening up fishing which has been debated, but still wanted by many.

Oh I forgot she was ever even a dragon trainer and the Lorekeeper. I chose that name out of random since I thought "island & flowers & exotic" would work well. xD Thank you for bringing this point up.

I would love to see this as well. I'm going to add this to the first post. :)
