Fishing would be a feature that allows the catching of certain pokemon.
First, you will need a Trainerlevel minimum of 10 and buy an Old Rod.With an Old Rod you can catch Magikarps.When you have fished some pokemons, you can buy a Good Rod, which allows more pokemons to be catched.When you got even more, you can buy a Super Rod that allows fishing even more pokémon.
When you're fishing, sillouethes of pokémon will appear in the water,Then, the bait (Required to fish) will go down and you have to press O (similar when you're fishing in Persona 4 and you need to press circle) If you press O too late or too early, a message will appear saying "The fish wriggled your hook and escaped into the water" (again message same as Persona 4 when you fish wrong and the circle mechanics is the same (Circle = O)) if you press it in right time, you will need to press O a lot of times and then press a random keyboard button 1 time and then 1 time O (same in Persona 4 that is: cirlce a lot of times, square triangle or X and then circle 1 time) if you got that pokemon right, a message saying "You caught the [Pokemon name here]" and you get the pokemon (free space in party required)

If there is the same suggestion you supported earlier there is no need to make another one that's just the same. It won't make it implemented any faster.
