Gift with some Nuggets who no one used since PH has been created

soo, like the Gift with some PD, when you click you can give how many game chips you want, if you have

No support. That would support scamming. Getting many GC just by buying and trading them.

This was already suggested and rejected before - Reason would be that the special prizes from the game center prize exchange would be too easy to obtain if this was implemented.
