Yes. You get an egg, so you need an empty party-spot to claim the egg. (The Kyurem in the Userbar will appear even if you have a full party)

It has already started; since the announcement, Kyurem can appear in your Userbar :)

You can get a Kyurem by just 10 interactions or as the beginning said, more than 20K+ interactions. It all ends up to luck... I do need 3 though and that will be a nightmare

Skar - You can take breaks; every interaction has a chance of getting you a Kyurem, it doesn't matter how you interact (long periods, short periods) ;)
