So at 32 years old, I got my first dealership car. I now have a 2021 Honda Civic. It's fancy. Got heated seats. I like it. My old car was a 2002 Chevy Cavalier. So its a huge upgrade for me. I'm still sad about my Chevy. I've had her for 12 years.

Oh man. Nice to be back. I've been gone a few days. I got into a car accident. I'm ok. My car is not. I just put new tires on her! The guy that hit me was found to be a fault. I slammed on my breaks to avoid an opossum and he was following to close and rear ended me. I was hit hard enough that my driver seat was broken. I'm mad. I've had my car for 12 years! She was my first car. I'm super attached to her.

Life certainly likes to kick me when I'm down. I changed my hours at work and they retaliated by demoting me. Then my dog is a holy terror who only behaves when I'm home. And last week my dad was diagnosed with dementia. When it rains, it pours.

I caught my first shiny on Pokemon Violet. And of course it had to be Gumshoos. Freakin ugly trump looking thing. It's hair/back fur is pink. One of the worst shinys if you ask me.

I got a puppy! I went to the local shelter and got a 6 month old Pit Bull puppy. I named her Artemis. She is such a good girl

I've been playing Scarlet for the last few days. It's ok. There have been glitches. I'm disappointed that they didn't make it so you can throw pokeballs and catch pokemon without battling. I do like that I don't have to go in a linear path. I feel like they had enough time to make this a great game. But for me, it's just an ok game.

I got my dog's remains back. It really hit me hard. I miss her so much. It's like there's a hole in my heart.

I had to humanly euthanize my dog two days ago. She had cancer and was bleeding internally and I couldn't afford the $2,000 for emergency surgery. I feel numb. I miss her so much. I wish dogs and cats lived longer....

Today is my birthday. I saved up my mystery keys and boxes and am about to open them all. Hopefully I get some good stuff. Maybe I'll be in luck and I'll get a large amount of normal gems. lol

So I got some tattoo work done on Tuesday. One of them is of a Jolteon, Umbreon, and a Magikarp. One of my bosses said, "Why a Magikarp? Of all the Pokemon, you chose a Magikarp. I would rather have a Butterfree." I was like, "Magikarp is my favorite Pokemon. Plus, it starts weak, but with enough work, it evolves into something strong!"

So last week, I drove down to Florida to visit my best friend. It was just me and my pit bull, Seiya. It was a 12 hour drive both ways. Next time, I'm flying. I had a great time. I went to my first renaissance fair. It was amazing! And now I'm hooked. lol

So I pre-ordered Pokemon Snap. And I've been playing it since it dropped. I love it. It's so cool. Graphics are really nice and it's got voice acting! All in all, it's a great game!

I'm having to take care of my mom and her house. She's 63 and fell yesterday, long story, and smashed her shoulder into the tub. She broke her arm, near the shoulder. Today, she is sick to her stomach and just not looking good. We are waiting to hear from the surgeon about if she'll need surgery.
