1. Go to Storage Boxes (Bill's House)
2. Rename first box to "billrockz", press enter
3.Type "reboot storagesystem.bl" (that is lower case BL), press enter
4.Type "shutdown", press enter
5. Type "shutdown", press enter (Yes, a second time)
Make sure you have room in your party. You need to be level 30+.
If successful a bunch of code will appear for about 30 second
