Oh wow, my Shadow luck has been pretty good, I think I have the first Shadow Kyogre.

I broke the drought finally. After 385 DA Pokemon caught, I have a Shiny Eldegoss. Which is awesome as I didn't have one yet!

I am in pain with Dynamax Adventures in Sword. I am now 0 for 350 Pokemon caught being Shiny, with the 1 in 100 odds with the Shiny Charm. 😫 Like I don't even care if its the Legend at the end, I just want SOMETHING.

Well, it had to start happening eventually, but today marks the first day I only have 1 new Hoenn Shadow mon to search for. the other 4 are dupes.

I just had the BEST accidental Shiny get I've maybe ever had.


Rufflet/Hisuian Braviary is the last Shiny I need in Arceus that is available from MMOs. Otherwise its stuff like Unown letters or Eeveelutions and all the Distortion exclusive mons. I had yet another fail from a Rufflet outbreak and reset to get the Aguav berries back. But upon restarting, I looked at Rufflet's Pokedex entry to see what I needed to do to complete its Dex to max the Shiny boost odds. Basically just use its attacks, and I had to defeat 2 more.


I figured let me fly back to the outbreak to defeat 2 there for that part, then I'll grab my Rufflet and go do the attack tasks.


A SHINY SPAWNED FROM THE PERMUTATION. Like if it wasn't exactly two I needed to KO, like if it was one or three or four even, that Shiny would not have likely been spawning.


So now I'm done with all the MMOs. I still need Combee, Cherubi, and Eevee for MOs, but otherwise its Unown letters and Distortion exclusives.

The Shadow Latias has been caught successfully!

I was just trying to see my 5 for the day and was intentionally trying to break the chain. This was literally my first Hoenn check, I don't know my other 4. 🤣 Makes up for the 100+ chain ones I've had.

Just got crazy lucky/unfortunate in Scarlet. I'm at a Frigibax outbreak just picnic resetting, no sandwich. On one reset a group of Avalugg and 4 Bergmite spawn in, and what's on the ends of the Bergmite group? TWO Shiny Bergmite.


Like that's only the second time I've had 2 Shinies at one time that I can remember, first being at a Masquerain outbreak. But couldn't it have been the FRIGIBAX I was hunting? 😂 I didn't even need a Bergmite.

Finally got my first Zeraora encounter for this year's event. If I add up my interactions from the 25th to now, that took about 17.5K interactions if I'm not mistaken. o.o

Now that we're off the Paldea Research again, I think it's time to do another Shiny hunt. And upon using a random Pokemon generator, I have been given Gurdurr, and thus shall be hunting Timburr once these current eggs hatch.

Oh that's nuts, I already have a Mega Able Autumn Mareep. That was MILES and MILES quicker than Cottonblu. For reference:
