about lgbt. please stop hating on others and live your life peacefully. no need to interfere in other people’s lives if it doesn’t concern you

look. I’m Christian. My family is Christian. I grew up in a Christian school a good number of my friends being Christian. But I’m also aro/ace. Some of said friends are also members of the LGBTQIA community. So why are people using their religion as excuses? And why do you even feel the need to insult/belittle other people because of it? Don’t you have better things to do? Does them being not straight affect you in any way? Perhaps I’m too sheltered, but I live among christians, catholics and other religions, all of which are very supportive towards LGBT. Hell, even one of my closest Christian friends is openly lesbian. She’s in a happy relationship. As long as you’re with someone that makes you happy, is there really an issue with that?

And to all those people who wanna come at me saying “ooh, didn’t your God teach you that—“ Cut it out. And let me ask you this. Didn’t God also say that we should be kind to others? Because I’m not seeing any of this kindness from you.

why do moms always use the “I gave birth to you” as a ‘valid’ reason to win arguments?? like my sister wants to become a marine biologist (she got accepted to Australia’s university- her dream uni to pursue marine sciences btw) and my mom replied with “no that area has no future. cannot earn money how u gonna support me in the future” like wth it’s my sister and her choice let her live.

do you ever hopelessly overthink the simplest of things? because today I spent a good hour staring at and contemplating the deeper meaning behind my eraser. (more abt my thoughts in comments)
