me when my wrist is getting worse so i ask about going back into PT and i get the "well there wasn't any noticeable improvements and they're not fully sure they know what's wrong with it but have mentioned inflammation so let's just try this supplement to reduce it if that doesn't work we'll see"
been taking it for like a week now which is probably too soon to have results but i've been wearing the heavy duty brace for essentially three days straight i don't really think it's helping

but sure that's fine i'll take the freaking curcumin that you decided i should take because it helped you when you were doing PT for a completely different limb and an identified issue

Must use Gem Collector if borrowing for an EggDex
If you are borrowing for an Eggdex entry, you need to already have enough gems before borrowing my Pokemon
I will likely linger on your profile just to see the mark appear

Paldea Pokémon currently do not have a completion mark, so they are not being lent out. When the mark is added, I will not be lending any Paldea Pokémon until I have completed the majority of its Pokédex
