How many times can you bait? It looks like you can have a bunch of bait, as there is a x0 or other number on the bottom of the bait.

Also, on the subject of Emera beach, how to obtain evolved pokemon? For example, it asks for seaking, which is evolved. Does it evolve in your invo, or can you catch it separately?

You can use only 1 bait at a time while fishing. And yes, you can collect multiple amounts of bait of each type.

Evolved Pokemon can also be obtained from fishing. But for Leah's trades need you to have caught it as evolved - so if her trade wants Seaking, you can't evolve a Goldeen from the beach.
