So i saw a deoxys for auction, and i wanted to bid. But it said,
You have not unlocked the EggDex entry of Deoxys yet! The EggDex of this species is required in order to receive it via trade.
What does this mean, and how can i unlock it?

You will get a Deoxys egg in Rowan's lab after collecting all Pokemon from the Hoenn dex.
