Team Rocket has taken over the Kanto and Jonto Regions!!
Somehow, seemingly overnight, a team rocket has taken over the Kanto and Johto regions.. It started with the police stations.. Then the gyms.. And lastly the elite four and champions.. Boat ports, airports.. Taken over.. No way to leave the regions that have been taken over.. The Kantoian and Johtoian people are being treated like slaves… being forced to catch dozens of pokemon a week, or to build things for Team rocket under a watchful eye… though pay is given.. They must pay a fine to keep their pokemon and to buy food and water rations. people and children are sick and starving.. power is only on for a few hours a day.. 5 rebellions came before to try to overtake the tyrannical ruling of team rocket.. But they were sabotaged every single time..
It had been six months since the fall of the fifth rebellion..
A new Group has been formed..
By a man named Tatum Zillias..

~location - in the basement of a abandon pokemon center, a center that wasn't looted by team rocket.. this place is the HQ of The Leaky Valve.. The center has medical equipment, beds, grow lights(originally for grass type pokemon, but can also be used for berries), well water, and many back up generators..
~ the way to win - The two regions were spilt up into 6 parts.. each has a admin ruling over it.. no one knows who these admin are or what there teams are like.. but they must be defeated..!! and once they are defeated, find the location of Giovanni, the leader of team rocket, and bring him down to free the people of the Kanto and Johto regions!
~ Story characters - people like the Admins, Giovanni, townspeople, etc. will be played by me(Spiderrs)

"Oye Boss!" a pink haired girl winged around into the door frame, this was Anya, Tatum's second in command. "there's some people and Pokemon waiting outside of the Pokemon Center!"
"there is?" Tatum stood up, and walking behind Anya, he followed her up the stairs. Anya opened the front door and Tatum walked out. he stared at the group Infront of him with a serious expression on his face. placing his hand in his pocket, gripping Delena's Pokeball tightly.

Araysh was laying in the sunlight of the grassy sector of the base. The Absol was still half-asleep, lazily stretching and drawing on the ground with one of his claws, bored by the sudden lack of action. While he knew this won't be an easy fight, no one could prepare him for spending hours doing nothing. Even he sometimes needed some kind of entertainment.
He briefly saw Anya walking by, not quite taking an interest until he heard Tatum's voice coming from another room. He got up of the ground as his rings turned red with excitement, illuminating the ground below him. "Hey, wait!" He yelled, rushing up to the stairs. "What's happening out of sudden?"

He walked towards this pokemon centre, deciding that most likely, there will be at least something there he could use. His pokemon needed some care too to be fair. People kept battling him for no reason. A lack of respect he chalked it up to.
He watched the other man interested. "Is this not a pokemon centre?" He asked sweetly. Better to act stupid for now afterall.
