as the title says, how do we evolve Hoodloo

To evolve hoodloo, you need a lycanroc in your party with your hoodloo. When you see the wooloo stats thingy, it will give you an option to look away. If you click it, your hoodloo will evolve but the lycanroc will be uhh- lets say not breathing ^^
